Easy Window Cornice

Make your home full of holiday cheer… it’s so easy!  We wrapped our cornice with plaid material of green and red with metallic gold running through the fabric, added a folded edge with a separate piece of material tucked in the bottom slot and then topped it all off with some beautiful green and red ornaments.  Easy, yet full of holiday cheer…

But an extra Easter tablecloth, wrap the cornice with it and add some trim, ornamental Easter eggs, and you are ready to have a fun Easter!  We tucked the bottom curtain in the back of our cornice eliminating the need for any curtain rod.  And for privacy at night, just release the side tie and cover your entire window with the Easter egg fabric…

Celebrate Independence Day in style!  This is so perfect because our cornice can be changed so quickly.  We purchased some patriotic fabric, folded and tucked it so there is a flap hanging below the cornice and added two silver stars.  If you want, buy a blue shade and glue on some patriotic trim — simple, fast and patriotic…
