Create the total decorator’s look by matching the cornice with the same fabric covering a sofa or chair. Simple, yet makes a real decorator’s statement!

This elegant cornice is created by just doubling up two cornices. We tucked in a different color fabric to show a border and added trim.

We got lucky and found a piece of inexpensive fabric that complemented the fabric of the curtain. We tucked in trim at the top and added fringe on the bottom

This has to be one of our favorites… we created a beautiful bedroom by using the Top Banana Cornice not only as a window cornice but as a bed canopy we extended the fabric over both ends of the cornice so the fabric could hang on either side of the bed, tucked and tied in long pieces of a different piece of matching fabric that flow to the floor on either side of the bed and added five sheer curtain panels (matching the curtains on the window) behind the canopy. And what a glamorous look!

The longest cornice shown here is about 11 ft long and it is mounted with just two end brackets, yet it is straight and sturdy. Laura and Linda covered the cornices with “shower curtains” to create this dynamite look!

We wrapped stripped material on the cornices for the fall and winter season. We quickly changed the look for spring and summer to a light flowered printed material. At Christmas we decorated the cornices with a beautiful Xmas plaid material and added Christmas trim and decorations.
